A Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor in the State of Delaware and the District of Columbia, who works with high-risk and detained youth that presents with co-occurring disorders and a significant number of economic barriers. I believe in rehabilitation, and that we all have an innate drive to become successful with support, resources, and identifying our life’s purpose. After being exposed to a significant amount of tragedies and hardship in life, I knew counseling was not what I “wanted to do”, but instead my “Purpose”. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I’ve had the opportunity to help shape the lives of many women, men, and youth, from a wide variety of backgrounds, in the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. I specialize in co-occurring disorders, mindfulness-based treatment, addictions, recovery, prevention & re-entry services, grief & bereavement, adolescents, behavioral management, trauma, crisis management, and LGBTQ+ issues.
